Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using the Motodoc mobile application ("App") operated by J.M.T Motodoc ("we", "our", or "us").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Motodoc is a motorcycle service booking application that allows users to:

Register and manage their motorcycles.
Book motorcycle servicing appointments at authorized service centers.
View service history and service book records.
Browse motorcycle parts and accessories.
Receive notifications about their bookings and services.

3. Account Registration

To use the App, you must register using your mobile phone number. You agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information.
Keep your account secure and not share access with others.
Be responsible for all activity under your account.
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. User Responsibilities

When using the App, you agree not to:

Use the App for any unlawful purpose.
Provide false or misleading information.
Attempt to access other users' data or accounts.
Interfere with the App's functionality or security.
Use automated tools to scrape or interact with the App.
Submit fake bookings or misuse the booking system.

5. Service Bookings

Bookings are subject to availability at the selected service center.
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule bookings if necessary.
Service pricing is determined by the service center and may vary.
You are responsible for providing accurate motorcycle and registration details when booking.

6. Products & Accessories

Products and accessories displayed in the App are for informational purposes. Purchases must be made at the physical service center. Prices shown are indicative and may vary.

7. Intellectual Property

All content in the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of J.M.T Motodoc and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

8. Account Deletion

You may delete your account and associated data at any time using the "Delete My Data" option in the App's profile settings. Upon deletion:

Your profile, bikes, bookings, and all associated data will be permanently removed.
This action cannot be undone.
Any pending bookings will be cancelled.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
We are not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the App.
We are not responsible for the quality of services provided by service centers.
We are not liable for any loss or damage to your motorcycle during servicing.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless J.M.T Motodoc from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

11. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective when posted in the App or on this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the App.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
