J.M.T Motodoc ("we", "our", or "us") operates the Motodoc mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our App.

Phone Number: Required for account creation and login via OTP verification.
Full Name: Provided by you during onboarding.
Email Address: Optionally provided by you in your profile.
Profile Photo: Optionally uploaded by you.
Motorcycle Details: Brand, model, year, and registration number of bikes you add.
Service Booking Data: Booking details, service history, and service book records.
Saved Addresses: Addresses you choose to save for convenience.

2. How We Collect Information

All personal information is provided directly by you through the App. We use Firebase Authentication (by Google) for phone number verification via OTP. We do not collect information from third-party sources.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

Create and manage your account.
Process and manage your service bookings.
Maintain service history and service book records for your motorcycles.
Send you notifications related to your bookings and services.
Improve the App's functionality and user experience.

4. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored securely using Google Firebase (Firestore database and Firebase Authentication). Firebase provides industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit and at rest. We use Firestore Security Rules to ensure users can only access their own data.

5. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

Firebase Authentication: For phone number verification and user authentication.
Firebase Firestore: For secure data storage.
Firebase Analytics: For anonymous app usage analytics to improve the App.
Cloudinary: For image storage (profile photos and product images).

We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information with any other third parties.

6. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account or request data deletion, your data will be permanently removed from our systems.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

Access: View your personal data within the App.
Update: Edit your profile information at any time.
Delete: Delete your data using the "Delete My Data" option in the App's profile settings. This will permanently remove your account and all associated data.

8. Children's Privacy

The App is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected data from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete it promptly.

Contact lists
Call logs or SMS content
Device identifiers for advertising
Financial or payment information

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
